Updating Personal Information from the Client Area
Your AUSWEB Client Area is your primary destination for managing all of your personal account information, and of course your AUSWEB products and services.
You can view and manage your current services as well as order additional services, or upgrades and addons. You can manage passwords for your cPanel or Plesk hosting services, and use our easy login buttons to be taken to your cPanel or Plesk web hosting control panels.
The following tutorial will guide you through viewing and updating your personal account information. It is your responsibility to keep this information up to date at all times. It is most important to keep your contact email up to date, as this is our only point of correspondence for all support and invoicing for your AUSWEB services.
AUSWEB Client Area - Updating Personal Details
After you have successfully logged in to the Client Area, you will see the Client Area Homepage:
Along the top of your Client Area you will see a menu with links to "Home", "My Details", and so on.
To view and update your personal details, please click on "My Details" and you will see the following screen:
As the main account holder, you can adjust your personal contact information or add notes.
Please note, as the full E-mail address for your account is also your Client Area username, if you change this you will need to login with your updated E-mail address.
You will see options to also change your Client Area login password or your Security Question and answer for resending your login details.
You can also add and manage an additional support contact for your account, which will allow your nominated contact, such as a web designer or web developer to use our support channels.
If you click on "Change Credit Card Details" you will see the following screen, where you can add a credit card to your account for automated billing, or view and change your credit card information.
