From your Client Area you have access to our 24/7 online helpdesk. You can submit and respond to support tickets easily from one area.
The following tutorial will guide you through submitting support tickets to our online helpdesk from your AUSWEB Client Area.
AUSWEB Client Area - My Support Tickets
After you have successfully logged into the Client Area, you will see the Client Area Homepage:
To view and submit your AUSWEB Support Tickets, simply click on the "My Support" link:
After clicking on "Submit Ticket", you can select the correct support department for your question:
After clicking on the correct department, you can use our web based support system to write support question. Type in your subject, select the related AUSWEB service (if you have multiple AUSWEB services), and then type in your support question:
As you type in your question, suggestions from our Knowledgebase will pop-up below. You should double-check these suggestions and also visit our extensive Web Hosting Tutorials Area in order to check if your question has already been answered or if there is a tutorial (such as this one!) relating to your support query:
Once you have submitted your support ticket, you can await reply from our support staff. You will receive notification of a response via E-mail address and then login to your Client Area to view and reply further as necessary.
