Your AUSWEB Client Area is your primary destination for managing all of your personal account information, and of course your AUSWEB products and services.
You can view and manage your current services as well as order additional services, or upgrades and addons. You can manage passwords for your cPanel or Plesk hosting services, and use our easy login buttons to be taken to your cPanel or Plesk web hosting control panels.
The following tutorial will guide you through logging in to your AUSWEB Client Area.
AUSWEB Client Area - Logging In
If you are a current AUSWEB customer with a Hosting Service or Domain option, you will have received Client Area login details in your AUSWEB Account Welcome E-mail. (Please note, if you have registered your domain name via AUSWEBdomains.com.au - you will need to login to that page using the correct login username and password you received after sign up).
You can login to the AUSWEB Client Area by visiting our main page AUSWEB.com.au and clicking on the Client Area link on the top right corner of the page.
You will be prompted with the following screen, asking for your Client Area login details.
Your username is always your main contact email address for your account and the password, as specified in your Welcome or Login Reminder E-mail (you can change your password after you have logged in).
It is important for you to keep your main contact email address up to date as it is both your AUSWEB Client Area login and our first point of correspondence for support, billing and invoicing reminders:
If you have forgotten your password, click on the link to request a password reminder. You will receive a "Member's Portal Login Reminder" email. Please note, your password is reset each time a reminder is sent out.
Once you have successfully logged in, you will see the Client Area Homepage:
This will display any Open Support Tickets, or any Due or Unpaid invoices for your account. From here you can also navigate to and manage all of your personal details and your AUSWEB services. You will also see the "Quick Navigation" menu on the right-hand side. From here you can quickly jump to important areas such as support tickets, downloads, knowledgebase, or the order page which will take you to our online shopping cart for ordering web hosting or domain names.
