Your AUSWEB Client Area is your primary destination for managing all of your personal account information, and of course your AUSWEB products and services.
When cancelling your AUSWEB services, as per our Terms & Conditions - you must submit a formal cancellation request from your Client Area within seven (7) days prior to your anniversary billing period.
The following tutorial will guide you through submitting a cancellation request for your AUSWEB service(s).
AUSWEB Client Area - Submitting a Cancellation Request
If you are an AUSWEB customer with current Hosting Service(s), you will have received Client Area login details in your AUSWEB Account Welcome E-mail. (Please note, if you have registered your domain name via AUSWEBdomains.com.au - you will need to login to that page using the correct login username and password you received after sign up.
You can login to the AUSWEB Client Area by visiting our main page AUSWEB.com.au and clicking on the Client Area link on the top right corner of the page.
After successfully logging into your Client Area, please click on "My Services"
After clickin the "Details" button, for the service you wish to manage, you will be taken to the "Product Details" page.
Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and you will see a "Request Cancellation" button.
After clicking the button, you can enter a reason and choose from either an immediate cancellation, or at the end of your billing period. Please note, if you choose "immediate", all hosting services provided by AUSWEB (eg. website & email) will be cancelled immediately.
Choose your option and click "Request Cancellation" to submit.
Once we receive the cancellation request, the billing will be cancelled and the account suspended.
If you have a recurring billing agreement with a service such as PayPal, please login to their respective administration consoles and cancel this or PayPal will still continue to charge you.
Please be aware that all data will be deleted from our servers 7 days after the account has been cancelled and will not be retrievable after that point.
